Amaco Travel Packages are priced on the assumption that there will be two people per room throughout the itinerary.

If you already know the name of the person you will be sharing accommodation with (assuming they are registering separately from you), please indicate this by selecting "Yes" below. A box will appear where you can tell us their name.

If you're interested in sharing accommodation but don't have someone to share with at this time, please select "No". A box will appear asking if you are looking to share accommodation. If you indicate that you are looking to share, a member of the Amaco team will then contact you to discuss any available options.

Please note that we will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable person for you to share with.

If such a person cannot be found, you will be liable for the cost of the Single Supplement if you still wish to attend the conference or the relevant cancellation fees should you decide to cancel your participation and withdraw from the conference altogether.
